Talent Sourcer / Researcher Offline
About the Role:
We’re on the lookout for a motivated Talent Sourcer to join our recruitment team. You’ll play a key role in expanding our pipeline of tech and digital candidates. This is a great opportunity for someone who already has a bit of sourcing experience and is ready to grow into a stronger recruiting role.
Your Main Responsibilities:
- Proactively search for candidates using LinkedIn, Facebook, Telegram, and other online platforms
- Identify and engage relevant profiles based on job requirements
- Qualify candidates at the sourcing stage and schedule further interviews
- Keep candidate data organized and up-to-date in our ATS/CRM
Communicate with candidates and keep them informed throughout the process
What We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 months of experience in sourcing or recruitment (IT/digital focus preferred)
- Confidence working with social platforms, job boards, and search tools
- Clear written and verbal communication skills
- Curiosity, proactivity, and attention to detail
- Eagerness to grow professionally within the recruitment field
