Junior/Middle Business Development Specialist $ Offline
Crunch is seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Specialist to help drive growth by generating new business leads and expanding our client base through effective outreach and social media engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage social network content to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
- Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients.
- Build, update, and maintain a database of prospective customers.
- Conduct cold outreach to introduce Crunch’s products and services.
Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, Microsoft Excel, and Word effectively.
Requirements:
- Excellent written communication skills in English (B1 preferred).
- Experience in lead generation, particularly cold outreach.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Hubspot.
- Understanding of social networks and email marketing strategies (a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
