Junior/Middle Business Development Specialist $ Offline

Crunch is seeking a proactive and motivated Business Development Specialist to help drive growth by generating new business leads and expanding our client base through effective outreach and social media engagement.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage social network content to increase brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Plan and execute targeted email campaigns to engage potential clients.
  • Build, update, and maintain a database of prospective customers.
  • Conduct cold outreach to introduce Crunch’s products and services.
  • Utilize tools such as LinkedIn, Hubspot, Microsoft Excel, and Word effectively.

     

Requirements:

  • Excellent written communication skills in English (B1 preferred).
  • Experience in lead generation, particularly cold outreach.
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and Hubspot.
  • Understanding of social networks and email marketing strategies (a plus).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
