Flutter Developer Offline

We are looking for an experienced Flutter Developer to join our team on a full-time, dedicated basis.
In this role, you will work on a modular cross-platform mobile application tailored for the retail and loyalty sector. You'll collaborate closely with backend developers and external systems to deliver high-quality, scalable mobile experiences across diverse feature sets.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter (Dart)
• Build and customize modular UI/UX components to meet brand-specific requirements
• Collaborate with backend teams (PHP microservices) and external APIs (POS, CRM, SSO, CMS)
• Integrate and extend key app features such as:
  • Loyalty programs (cashback, coupons, challenges)
  • Store functionalities (shopping list, product detail pages, store locator)
  • Content carousels, offer streams, and digital receipts
• Contribute to the development roadmap including:
  • Mobile payment, wallet integration, mobile self-scanning

  • Gamification features and no-code configuration modules

     

Requirements:

• 3+ years of mobile development experience, with at least 2 years in Flutter
• Strong knowledge of Dart and Flutter frameworks
• Proficient in building modular, maintainable apps with feature toggling
• Good understanding of UI/UX principles and ability to implement design systems
• Experience integrating mobile analytics (e.g., Google Analytics, Firebase)
• Solid communication skills and ability to work in cross-functional teams
• English proficiency (written and spoken)

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in retail or loyalty-based mobile applications
• Background in real-time data synchronization or offline-first architectures
• Familiarity with PHP/Laravel backend systems
