Flutter technical interviewer

Intetics, a global technology company with over 30 years of experience in custom software development and digital innovation, is looking for an experienced Flutter Technical Interviewer to join our team on a remote, project-based basis.

🔍 Responsibilities:

• Conduct technical interviews with candidates for Flutter Developer positions (Junior/Middle/Senior levels).
• Assess expertise in Dart, architectural patterns (such as BLoC, Provider, Riverpod), state management, and performance optimization.
• Evaluate candidates’ problem-solving skills, coding practices, and overall software development approach.
• Provide detailed feedback and recommendations on candidates’ technical suitability.
• Collaborate with the recruitment team to refine the technical interview process.

✅ Requirements:

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Flutter app development.
• Strong knowledge of Dart programming language and Flutter framework internals.
• Solid understanding of mobile design principles and platform-specific best practices (iOS & Android).
• Experience with RESTful APIs, state management, and third-party libraries.
• Previous experience conducting technical interviews is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
