AI Content/Prompt Engineer
We are searching for a talented AI Content & Prompt Engineer to enhance content generation and AI-driven processes across our various projects in our digital ecosystem.
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience working with generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Midjourney, HeyGen, Claude, Copy.ai)
- Strong command of prompt engineering and content generation workflows
- Solid understanding of AI-powered SEO content creation and optimization
- Experience producing AI-generated video content using tools like HeyGen, D-ID, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of automation tools and content publication flows (e.g., Zapier, Notion AI)
- Excellent written English; other Western European languages are a plus
- Highly creative mindset with strong attention to detail and quality
- Basic understanding of visual content standards and graphic tools (Canva, Figma, or equivalents)
- Self-organized, reliable, and able to work independently in a remote environment
- High emotional intelligence
Familiarity with data visualization or using AI for business analytics will be a plus
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Creating and refining prompts to generate high-quality content for SEO articles, blogs, and landing pages
- Producing AI-generated video content and avatars for social media and marketing
- Collaborating with marketing and design teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and tone
- Automating parts of the content pipeline for faster delivery and publication
- Optionally assisting with AI-based dashboards or internal data projects
Keeping up-to-date with the latest tools and features in the AI content space
Languages:
The main languages of communication in the company are English, Italian, Russian, and Ukrainian. Since our team has many people from the CIS, we also use Russian for better understanding. We do not cooperate with aggressor countries.
