About VITA325:

VITA325 is an AI-powered movement diagnostics platform for individuals with lower limb prosthetics. Using mobile sensors and video analysis, it tracks gait, posture, and joint mobility, providing real-time rehab feedback and clinical insights. The MVP features customizable walking tests, motion analysis, and automated reports to support remote care and therapy adjustments.

 

Your Mission:

As Product Manager, you will lead the development of our core diagnostic tool, designed for prosthetic users. You’ll be responsible for turning complex clinical needs into a streamlined mobile experience, bridging patient empowerment and clinical rigor through thoughtful product design and execution.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead product strategy and execution for the VITA325 diagnostic platform, including mobile app and clinician-facing features.
  • Work closely with users with prosthetics, physical therapists, and clinical advisors to understand pain points and translate them into product features.
  • Build and prioritize the roadmap from MVP to a scalable, validated diagnostic system.
  • Define features that support key diagnostics: hip/knee extension, gait symmetry, spine posture, step count, and daily activity.
  • Guide integration of iPhone motion sensors, step counters, and video-based gait analysis.
  • Coordinate user testing with prosthetic users to ensure the product is inclusive, reliable, and beneficial in real-world rehab contexts.
  • Collaborate with AI, computer vision, and healthcare data teams to develop and refine analytics and reports.
  • Support the preparation of product decks, demos, and materials for grants, medical accelerators, and partnerships.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in product management, with at least 1 year in healthtech, diagnostics, or digital rehabilitation.
  • Experience building or launching mobile-first tools or platforms.
  • Empathy and understanding of mobility challenges—especially among people with lower limb amputations or prosthetics.
  • Excellent communication skills across medical, technical, and user-facing stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with digital rehabilitation tools, motion tracking, or assistive tech is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English; Ukrainian
