About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented AWS Marketplace Administrator to manage our AWS Marketplace presence and partnerships. This role involves overseeing Private Offers, Pricing Models, Agreements, and full lifecycle operations through Partner Central, including ISVA and ACE Pipeline Manager. You will also own reporting, analytics, and audit readiness processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketplace Management:
- Set up and maintain AWS Marketplace listings, including pricing models, metering, and entitlements.
- Manage and track Private Offers, ensuring alignment with customer agreements and timely delivery.
- Draft and oversee Agreements within AWS Marketplace, collaborating with legal and finance stakeholders.
- Partner Central Operations:
- Utilize ISV Accelerate (ISVA) and ACE Pipeline Manager for co-sell opportunity submission, tracking, and AWS field alignment.
- Communicate with AWS support and Partner Development Managers (PDMs) to resolve listing and co-sell issues.
- Reporting & Analytics:
- Gather performance reports and analytics from both AWS Marketplace and Partner Central.
- Create and maintain a reporting pipeline using Power BI and integrate with internal CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) for unified dashboards.
- Provide periodic business reviews, KPIs, and forecasting data to internal stakeholders.
- Audit & Compliance:
- Prepare documentation and evidence for AWS audits, including co-sell validations, deal registrations, and agreement history.
- Ensure internal processes align with AWS Marketplace and ISVA program compliance requirements.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience managing AWS Marketplace listings and operations.
- Proven success working with Private Offers, Pricing Models, and Agreements.
- Strong experience with Partner Central, including ISVA and ACE Pipeline Manager.
- Familiarity with building analytics pipelines using Power BI and integrating CRM systems.
- Experience preparing for partner audits or internal compliance checks.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong documentation and tracking habits.
Preferred Qualifications:
- AWS Certification (Cloud Practitioner or higher)
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or ISV environment
- Familiarity with Salesforce or HubSpot CRMs
- Experience with data warehousing and report automation
