Marketing Designer (Email, Ad Creatives, Landing Pages)

Evestar is a Miami‑based eCommerce growth agency that turns cutting‑edge design into measurable sales for global brands. We’re now hiring a results‑driven Marketing Designer to create high‑converting emails, ad creatives, and landing pages.

You will be responsible for designing and optimizing marketing assets, including email campaigns, advertising creatives, and landing pages for various e-commerce and branding projects.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and layout marketing emails, newsletters, and automation flows in Figma.
  • Create ad creatives for various platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.).
  • Design visually compelling landing pages (e-commerce).
  • Prepare and optimize assets for web and mobile.
  • Develop illustrations, icons, and simple graphics as needed.
  • Produce simple GIF animations for email and ad creatives.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, marketers, and developers to implement ideas and ensure design consistency.
  • Use AI-powered tools for image generation and editing to streamline workflow and boost creativity.
  • Take part in brainstorming sessions and contribute ideas for creative concepts.
     

Requirements:

  • Advanced proficiency in Figma (10/10): experience creating complex layouts, design systems, component libraries, prototyping, and handoff for development.
  • Solid skills in Adobe Photoshop (8/10): strong understanding of layers, masks, adjustment layers, retouching, and digital illustration.
  • Experience in creating custom illustrations and simple graphic assets.
  • Basic motion design skills: ability to create simple GIF animations for digital use.
  • Hands-on experience with AI image generation tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL·E, Photoshop AI, Firefly, etc.), including prompt engineering and image post-processing.
  • Ability to efficiently organize design files and asset libraries for team use.
  • Experience designing for email marketing platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.) is a plus.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI best practices for landing pages and digital advertising.
  • Understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and visual hierarchy.
  • Video editing skills (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects, or similar) are a strong plus.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a marketing, digital, or graphic designer (agency or in-house).
  • Strong portfolio featuring email designs, ad creatives, landing pages, and digital illustrations (please provide a link).
  • English language proficiency: ability to communicate clearly in spoken and written English (international team).
  • High attention to detail, creativity, and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for project outcomes.
  • Positive attitude and openness to feedback.

     

Work Conditions:

  • Full-time remote position.
  • Working hours: 9am – 6pm EST (Eastern Standard Time).
