Middle Full-Stack Developer (Python, React)

We are seeking a Middle Backend Security Engineer to lead the development of a cloud-native SaaS platform focused on Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) for Microsoft 365 and Azure. This greenfield project offers the opportunity to shape the architecture, security analysis engine, and threat detection logic from the ground up. You’ll build secure data collection pipelines, model cloud environments, and develop engines to detect misconfigurations and identify potential attack paths in real-time.

Responsibilities:

• Develop backend engines for threat detection and actionable alerts.
• Implement gap analysis systems to monitor configuration changes and security deltas.
• Model cloud entities and attack paths using GraphDB.
• Design secure onboarding workflows and manage API throttling challenges.
• Ensure data encryption at rest and in transit, following security best practices.
• Collaborate with the founding team, document technical decisions, and advise on infrastructure choices.
• Implement a simple React UI for visualizing misconfigurations and permissions.

Technical Requirements:

• Python for backend and security-related tasks.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure APIs (OAuth, permissions, throttling, data extraction).
• Strong understanding of Cloud Security Posture Management (CSPM) and risk detection.
• Familiarity with RBAC models, API permissions, and identity access control.
• Experience with GraphDB (e.g., Neo4j) and relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL).
• Ability to develop correlation engines, alerting logic, or custom rule-based analysis systems.
• Proficiency in React for frontend visualizations.
