Lead Generation Manager (GameDev only) Offline
We are seeking a qualified Lead Generation Manager with 1+ years of experience in the GameDev industry, high English language skills, and experience working with international clients.

Responsibilities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the sales strategy to achieve revenue goals.
- Actively search for potential clients through LinkedIn, email, UpWork, and other online channels.
- Generate high-quality leads in the GameDev sector (art, development, tech services).
- Join online meetings, calls, and presentations to represent the company.
- Analyze market trends and competitors to adjust lead generation strategies.
- Maintain and update CRM (HubSpot or other) and prepare reports for the sales team.
Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience in Lead Generation or Sales in IT/GameDev.
- Proficiency with LinkedIn, UpWork, email tools, and automation platforms.
- Understanding of B2B sales principles related to game production services.
- Experience working with CRM systems (preferably HubSpot).
- English level — B2+ (both written and spoken).
- Strong communication, presentation, and research skills.
- Willingness to grow into a Sales Manager role in the near future.
Will be a plus:
- Passion for games.
- Understanding of 2D and 3D gaming topics.
