CTO / Senior Blockchain Engineer

We are building crypto-fintech company. Our goal is to build cross-chain bridge supporting both evm and non evm blockchains and OTC desk with escrow service. Our product focuses on smart routing, DeFi infrastructure, deep compliance and B2B Integrations (white label solutions for crypto exchanges, liquidty providers, nfts and blockchain games)

We are not building another centralized exchange — we’re developing pure infrastructure, purpose-built for the next wave of compliant, scalable crypto finance.

What You’ll Do
Lead the design and development of our core infrastructure: bridges, OTC execution layer, compliance integrations, and crypto wallet systems.
Create and coordinate a lean engineering team
Integrate with DEXs, CEXs, fiat providers, and AML systems (Sumsub, Chainalysis, TRM labs...).

Stack We’re Looking For
Deep experience with blockchain protocols (EVM + non-EVM: BTC, Tron, Solana, TON).
Real knowledge of custodial vs non-custodial wallet structures (Gnosis Safe, MPC, multi-sig, etc.).
Experience building bridges, DEX aggregators, and/or OTC tools a huge plus.
Knowledge of Lightning Network, Wormhole, Chainlink

Languages & Frameworks:
TypeScript / Node.js
Solidity (for EVM smart contracts)
xperience with Rust, Go, or any low-level systems language is a plus.

Nice to Have
Experience integrating OTC desks, CEX/DEX APIs, liquidity routing
Previous CTO / Lead Engineer experience in fintech or Web3
