🎯 Role Mission

Enter the role and immediately free up the founder to focus on growth. Grow the company working with the founder shoulder to shoulder x3–x5 by doing so within the next 2 years.

📈 Role Outcomes

• By day 30, the intern gives a 60-minute live demo of each app, explains main user flows + edge cases, and answers at least 90 % of questions without help.
• By day 30, the intern runs every daily stand-up for each project and successfully synchronizes the team; the founder does not need to join any of them.
• By day 30, intern replies to at least 90 % of client questions and requests within two working hours and escalates no more than 10 % to the founder.
• After the intern takes full project ownership on Day 30, we miss no more deadlines and receive no additional critical client-reported bugs during the following 30 days than in the 30 days prior—even without a dedicated tester on the team.
• After the intern takes full project ownership on Day 30, for at least half of new bug reports during the following 30 days, the intern reproduces the issue and adds useful notes from Bubble’s debugger/logs/database investigation before sending it to a developer.
