UX/UI Designer (Web/Mobile) to $4000 Offline

Job Brief

We are looking for a talented UX/UI Designer (Web&Mobile) to join Paybis and elevate our visual presence across web and mobile platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with marketing, product, and development teams to design user-centric, visually appealing interfaces that reflect Paybis’ identity as a trusted and innovative crypto platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Create user-centered, visually appealing UX/UI experiences;
• Make UX research and collect users feedback;
• Collaborate with product managers and developers to design wireframes, prototypes, and high-fi design;
• Test hypotheses and make A/B tests;
• Own the design process, ensuring consistency and usability across platforms.
• Maintain and enhance our digital product’s visual identity.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer (Web&Mob), ideally in a fintech or crypto environment.
• Strong portfolio with web & mobile.
• Proficiency in Figma. Motion design skills (e.g., Figma, Jitter, Lottie, AF) are a plus.
• Understand of user-centered design.
• UX research, wireframe, prototype.
• Create, support and update design systems.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS is a plus.
• Fluent in English; Russian is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
