Lead generation Offline

We are looking for a self-driven Lead Generation Specialist capable of consistently delivering high-quality leads and booking meetings for our sales team. Experience in Web3 and AI is required.

 Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients across various channels (not limited to LinkedIn).
  • Execute omnichannel lead generation strategies: LinkedIn, email, forums, Reddit, communities, databases, and other sources.
  • Perform 100–200 outreach touches per week to initiate contact and schedule meetings.
  • Schedule 8–10 discovery calls per week with prospective clients.
  • Use AI tools and prompts to verify and qualify leads before handing them over to the sales team.
  • Actively nurture and warm up the lead base, not just perform mass outreach.
  • Ensure KPI delivery: at least 40 qualified leads per month.
  • Apply personalization and use relevant triggers to increase engagement.
  • Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Communicate with prospects: respond to inquiries, collect key information, and guide them through the sales funnel.

 Requirements:

Hard Skills:

  • Full-cycle outbound experience: from building lead lists to booking meetings.
  • Confident in setting up cold email campaigns with spam protection and tracking (open/click rates).
  • Proficient in automation tools and managing multiple LinkedIn accounts.
  • Experience in warming up accounts and bypassing platform limitations.
  • Skilled in scraping data from Slack, Discord, and Telegram communities.
  • Knowledge of data enrichment principles: email, LinkedIn, job title, and company information.
  • Ability to quickly gather lead-specific information for personalized outreach.

Soft Skills:

  • Self-sufficiency and maturity — a Middle+ specialist should be able to define and iterate on ICPs.
  • Comfortable testing hypotheses and optimizing outreach strategies.
  • Solid understanding of customer development and what defines a qualified lead.
  • Analytical mindset and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • English level: B2 minimum.
