Overview:

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Salesforce Data Cloud Developer to lead the design and implementation of a scalable, secure, and cost-effective Salesforce Data Cloud architecture. This is a senior-level role, ideal for someone who can strategically unify enterprise data across multiple business domains while ensuring seamless integration with platforms like Snowflake, Marketing Cloud, Sales Cloud, and Service Cloud.

Your Impact:

• Data Cloud architecture roadmap, aligning it with company-wide data goals.
• Analyze and improve our current Salesforce stack, including Sales, Service, and Marketing Cloud usage.
• Architect robust solutions for data ingestion (real-time, batch, Zero Copy), identity resolution, and data sharing across business units.
• Collaborate closely with data engineering and platform teams to ensure a seamless integration with Snowflake using best-in-class practices like Private Connect and Zero Copy.
• Establish governance frameworks for access control, data privacy, and cost management in Data Cloud environments.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and best practice guidelines.
• Continuously assess and enhance performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency of data operations.

• Monitor Salesforce platform updates and recommend changes to align with the latest features and improvements.

   

Who You Are:

• You have 3+ years of hands-on experience within the Salesforce ecosystem, with a focus on Data Cloud (formerly Customer 360 Audiences/CDP).
• Proven track record of implementing comprehensive Salesforce Data Cloud solutions, including data ingestion pipelines and identity stitching.
• In-depth expertise integrating Salesforce with Snowflake using cost-optimized methods such as Private Connect and Zero Copy.
• Strong foundation in data modeling, API integrations, and enterprise-level data architecture.
• Familiar with compliance, governance, and security principles for enterprise data platforms.
• You’re comfortable collaborating across technical and non-technical teams and communicating architectural decisions clearly.

• Hands-on experience with tools like Data Streams, Calculated Insights, Data Bundles, and Activation Targets.

   

Nice to Have:

• Salesforce certifications in Data Cloud, Integration Architecture, or related areas.
• Experience working in multi-brand or multi-business-unit Salesforce environments.
• Familiarity with tools like Segment, Snowplow, Fivetran, or dbt.
• Background in data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA).
• Prior consulting or enterprise-level architecture leadership experience.

• Experience with Tableau or CRM Analytics for visualizing data insights.
