Lead Generation Specialist Offline
Role Overview:
As a Lead Generation Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and onboarding new lead providers. Your main objective is to identify, contact, and schedule onboarding meetings with qualified providers who can contribute to our diversified and scalable lead ecosystem.
This is a target-driven role where your success will directly impact the growth of our marketplace and the satisfaction of our buyer base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential real estate lead providers across multiple channels (web, LinkedIn, social platforms, industry directories, etc.)
- Conduct cold outreach (email, social media, calls) to initiate contact and pitch our value proposition
- Qualify provider leads based on alignment with our buyer needs and quality standards
- Book onboarding calls with the most relevant providers for our internal Provider Management team
- Maintain accurate records of outreach and conversations using our CRM tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and messaging
Constantly look for ways to improve response rates, optimize outreach workflows, and scale lead sourcing efforts
What Weβre Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, B2B outreach, or a similar sales development role (experience in real estate or SaaS is a plus)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (B2-C1)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry for growth
- Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and outreach automation tools is a strong advantage
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding deadlines
