Project Manager (eCommerce projects management experience) New project

We are looking for a self-motivated and proactive project manager with strong business intelligence and an advanced project management mindset. An ideal candidate would have proven experience in eCommerce project management, and Magento 2 experience would be a huge plus.
Responsibilities:
- Managing eCommerce projects according to the standard SDLC (initiating, planning, executing and controlling, closing)
- Communicating with external and internal stakeholders
- Applying Agile methodology and following best practices
- Managing changes during implementation
- Managing risks and interdependencies during implementation
- Ensuring full transparency of project implementation for all participants and interested parties
- Preparing and facilitating management decisions related to project implementation based on formed alternatives
- Supporting and implementing corporate culture aimed at transparency, speed, initiative, efficiency, customer orientation, and achieving business results
Desired Skills and Experience:
• Experience in managing software projects team (3-6 people at least)
• eCommerce projects management experience
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience in managing relationships with key stakeholders
• Risk assessment and construction of implementation road maps
• Mastery of Agile methodology
• Knowledge and practical experience of applying the change management methodology (ADKAR, or other)
• Mastery of task planning and control tools (Atlassian, ActiveCollab, other)
• Upper-intermediate/Advanced level of English
