Backend Developer Offline

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in backend development.
• Strong expertise in Ruby and Ruby on Rails.
• Solid experience with relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, Redis, MongoDB).
• Understanding of Docker and Kubernetes orchestration principles.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, ArgoCD).
• Good spoken and written English (Upper-Intermediate or higher).
• Ownership mindset, proactive attitude, and strong problem-solving skills.

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Python (used for ML integration and microservices).
• Experience with Elasticsearch.
• Previous experience with MLOps/AI platforms or large-scale distributed systems.

Responsibilities:

• Design and implement robust backend components for a large-scale AI platform.
• Develop APIs and services to support ML workloads and complex data pipelines.
• Integrate cloud-native solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure) into the platform.
• Collaborate closely with DevOps, ML engineers, and frontend teams.
• Focus on high availability, performance optimization, scalability, and security.
• Continuously improve system architecture and development processes.
