Now, we’re looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to help us scale by sourcing dream clients and making perfect matches between their needs and our engineers.

What You’ll Be Doing 🧭

• Lead Hunting: Sourcing leads via Upwork (primary), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other similar platforms to identify and source high-potential leads. Searching for clients for outstaffing, outsourcing, and product teams
• Resume Whispering: Adapt engineers’ CVs and portfolios to perfectly match client expectations, making sure we shine in every proposal.
• Automation: Using automation tools (LinkedHelper, GigRadar) to optimize outreach, use proprietary tools for cover letter generation, etc.
• Managing LinkedIn pages, writing personalized messages, and following up leads
• Managing leads with CRM systems like Snov.io, Apollo, HubSpot
• Organizing and analyzing data, reporting to Sales department and CEO
   

Who You Are 🕵️‍♀️

• You’ve got experience in lead generation or sales in IT services (Web, Mobile, AI/ML, DevOps, and Big Data)—bonus points if you’ve worked with Upwork, Freelancer.com, or similar platforms.
• You have a good grasp of AI, software development, or tech outsourcing, and can understand a client's needs.
• You’re detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable owning your work with minimal supervision.
• You can write like a pro in English, and ideally, understand German.
• You know your way around a CRM and understand the importance of good data hygiene.
• You enjoy collaborating, learning fast, and being part of a remote-first, international team.
