We are seeking an active, motivated, and results-oriented young specialist to join our Business Development Team and execute the lead generation process.

Responsibilities:

• Search and creation of databases of potential clients due to the Ideal Customer Profile;
• Day-to-day work with automation tools in order to generate databases and execute the outreach process;
• Enrich the database with essential information for further targeting and validate lead data according to predefined criteria;
• Collaborate with the Lead Generation Specialist to brainstorm and develop data enrichment strategies for message personalization;
• Write clear prompts for AI tools to enhance lead research and enrichment;
• Continuously look for ways to optimize data collection workflows and processes.

Required skills:

• Experience in data research, lead generation, or sales support roles;
• Exceptional attention to detail and data accuracy;
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
• Experience writing prompts for AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude, or similar);
• Proactive mindset with a knack for optimizing workflows;
• Comfortable working with tools like Google Sheets, Sales Navigator, Clay, Apollo, etc.
• Intermediate English.
