Senior Affiliate Manager

Responsibilities:

•  Implement the general user acquisition strategy to ensure rapid growth of traffic volumes.

•  Build lasting relationships with traffic suppliers and develop a strong network of affiliates.

•  Research and engage with new partners to negotiate and set up deals for PPC, SEO, FB, and ASO traffic.

•  Recruit, train, and lead new Affiliate Managers. Analyze team performance and impact KPIs to reach current targets.

•  Continuously analyze traffic, making adjustments when appropriate to deliver the best ROI.

•  Inspect and analyze partner remuneration bills.

•  Collaborate with Affiliate Managers and the Operations Team to tackle fraud-related issues.

•  Source high-quality content to feature in top publications.

 

Requirements:

•  Previous experience in Affiliate Marketing Management of at least 3 years.

•  Holistic understanding of Revenue Share, CPA, and Hybrid payment strategies.

•  Knowledge of partner technical integration aspects.

•  Fluency in English and Ukrainian/Russian.

•  Strong entrepreneurial acumen and relationship-building skills.

•  Excellent sales and negotiation abilities.

•  Exceptional analytical skills and flexibility.
