AI / Machine Learning Engineer — Python Trainer

About the project:
We provide IT education for Ukrainians residing in Germany, helping them build real-world careers in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct dual education: teach AI/ML concepts and practical Python-based implementation.
  
   
• Deliver online sessions via Zoom, starting with 3–5 hours weekly (with the possibility to increase engagement over time).
  
   
• Guide students through hands-on projects, from basic ML models to real-world AI applications.
  
   
• Optionally assist in designing and adapting AI/ML training programs.
  
   

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience in Python development with a strong focus on AI and Machine Learning.
  
   
• Deep hands-on experience with frameworks like TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-Learn, and related AI technologies.
  
   
• Previous work experience in major companies or significant enterprise environments (not only small agencies).
  
   
• Valid European Union ID card or German eAT (electronic residence permit).
  
   
• English proficiency is mandatory; Ukrainian or Russian language skills are a strong advantage.
