Project Manager

Requirements:

• 1 year of experience in project management;
• Strong understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, etc.);
• Leadership skills and the ability to manage project teams effectively;
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Critical thinking abilities;
• English: B2 or higher.
   

Responsibilities:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables;
• Create detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets;
• Take part in tasks assignment/delegation / managing load of team members within the project allocation;
• Track project process in the approved tool (JIRA / Trello / etc.);
• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues;
• Manage project budgets and financial resources;
• Identify opportunities for process improvement;
• Ensure a smooth project closure and client handover;
• Communicate with clients;
   

Interview stages:

• HR interview (20 minutes);
• Tech interview (1 hour);
• Final interview (30 minutes);
