🔍 Who we’re looking for:

We’re on the hunt for a proactive and detail-oriented researcher who’s eager to grow in the world of IT recruitment.
If you enjoy hunting down “hard-to-find” candidates, aren’t afraid to dig deep, know your way around LinkedInBoolean search, and can stay focused — we’d love to meet you!

📌 What you’ll be doing:

    •    Searching for candidates (via LinkedIn, Djinni, Telegram, job boards, etc.)
    •    Building Boolean queries and creatively sourcing talent
    •    Running initial pre-screenings (based on templates) and passing leads to the recruiter
    •    Maintaining and updating the candidate database
    •    Communicating with the recruitment team, joining brainstorms and helping improve processes

🎯 What we expect:

    •    6+ months of sourcing experience
    •    Confident English level (B1–B2)
    •    Strong written communication and candidate outreach skills
    •    Organized, attentive to detail, and persistent
    •    Basic understanding of iGaming roles (would be a plus)
