Senior Hands-on Digital B2B Marketing Manager

Role Summary

Codesmart is seeking a hands-on Senior Digital B2B Marketing Manager to own digital growth across multiple B2B SaaS products aimed at the U.S. market. You’ll set strategy and personally execute across SEO-driven content, social media, and paid acquisition to accelerate pipeline, revenue, and brand authority—without relying on a large internal team.

 

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage an SEO-first content calendar; brief and coordinate external writers when needed.
  • Lead backlink outreach and paid link placements to lift domain authority.
  • Run LinkedIn & X (Twitter): plan posts, grow community, track engagement.
  • Create or oversee ads and social creatives using Canva/Figma.
  • Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads for high-quality lead generation.
  • Track KPIs and report insights; iterate quickly for growth.

 

 

Requirements

  • 5+ years in digital or growth marketing for B2B SaaS.
  • Proven success targeting U.S. B2B clients and generating qualified pipeline.
  • Deep, hands-on SEO & content expertise, including link-building.
  • Hands-on Google Ads management with strong ROI.
  • Skilled at LinkedIn + X strategy for B2B audiences.
  • Data-driven, self-directed, and comfortable executing end-to-end campaigns solo (except copywriting, which you’ll brief to writers).
