Junior Strong Project Manager
Brights continues to expand, and we’re looking for a proactive Junior Strong Project Manager with a results-driven approach, excellent communication skills, and a solid understanding of project management fundamentals.
You’ll be working under the guidance and support of a Senior PM, gaining hands-on experience with lower complexity projects while continuing to build your skills in a collaborative environment ⭐️
Key Responsibilities:
• Project planning, setting goals, tasks, and scope of work;
• Collaborate with clients to clarify requirements and manage expectations;
• Prepare project documentation and keep it up to date;
• Ability to clearly articulate and justify technical solutions both verbally and in writing;
• Support coordination of small teams (typically 2–5 people), keeping track of progress and assisting with daily challenges;
• Build and maintain positive, professional client relationships through transparent communication and responsiveness.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects for at least 1+ year;
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and a willingness to apply them in practice;
• Experience in preparing commercial proposals and assessing labour costs;
• Understanding of project planning, task setting, and delivery processes;
• Understanding of client requests and ability to turn them into a technical description;
• Ability to clearly articulate and justify technical solutions both verbally and in writing;
• Ability to get to the point of a problem quickly;
• Ability to quickly switch between tasks;
• High level of responsibility, punctuality, and self-organization;
• Excellent communication skills;
• Intermediate written and spoken English (B1 level or above).
Would be a plus:
• Experience working with enterprise clients on digital projects.
