Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and visionary Chief Executive Officer to lead our online casino startup into its next stage of growth. The casino was successfully launched at the end of last year, and now we are looking for a leader who can scale the business and drive further success in the competitive iGaming market.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic development and scaling of the online casino product.
- Define and implement the product’s long-term vision, mission, and growth strategy.
- Drive business growth by identifying and capitalizing on opportunities in Tier 3 markets.
- Develop and refine high-level strategies to drive long-term growth.
- P&L management, develop strategic budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track key business KPIs to drive sustainable growth.
- Collaborate closely with the existing C-level team to drive a high-performance. results-driven and collaborative culture.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key partners, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to ensure the company remains ahead of the curve.
Focus on product innovation and continuous improvement to deliver a top-tier gaming experience.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of proven experience as a CEO in the iGaming industry.
- 5+ years of leadership experience managing cross-functional teams.
- Hands-on experience in launching and scaling iGaming startups from scratch.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of Tier 3 markets.
- Strong business acumen with a focus on achieving revenue and growth targets.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage teams effectively.
- Visionary thinker with a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
