About the Job

As an AI Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, deploying, and optimizing AI solutions centered around LLMs, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), Graph RAG, and multimodal graph technologies. You will work with modern AI frameworks and tools such as LangGraph, Milvus, and LangChain to create scalable, high-performance AI applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop AI-driven applications leveraging large language models (LLMs), RAG, and Graph RAG.
• Implement and optimize retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques for improved knowledge retrieval and contextual reasoning.
• Build and maintain graph-based AI solutions, including multimodal graph architectures.
• Develop and integrate AI pipelines using LangGraph, LangChain, Milvus, and other modern frameworks.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and accuracy of AI models and inference pipelines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, ML engineers, and software developers, to build end-to-end AI solutions.
• Conduct research and stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, knowledge graphs, and AI-powered search and retrieval systems.
• Deploy and manage AI models in production, ensuring robustness and efficiency.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering with a focus on LLMs and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
• Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, Milvus, and other vector databases.
• Strong understanding of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques and graph-based AI.
• Familiarity with multimodal AI architectures and their applications.
• Experience working with graph databases such as Neo4j, TigerGraph, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with distributed computing and cloud-based AI solutions (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Knowledge of reinforcement learning, generative AI, and NLP applications.
• Contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
• Experience with deploying AI models in production environments using MLOps best practices.
