Head of Partnerships

We are now expanding our partner ecosystem and looking for a strategic, energetic, and hands-on Head of Partnerships to drive and scale revenue through affiliate and agency relationships.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  • Build and manage our affiliate program, attracting and activating sales partners, content creators, and referral networks.
  • Develop and grow partnerships with real estate agencies and independent brokers on a revenue-share basis.
  • Own the full partner lifecycle: outreach, negotiation, onboarding, activation, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and leadership teams to align partnership efforts with company objectives.
  • Analyze partner performance data and continuously optimize outreach and engagement strategies.
  • Create scalable systems and processes to support long-term partnership growth.

     

    Requirements:

     

  • 3+ years of experience in partnerships, business development, or sales, ideally in real estate, SaaS, or affiliate marketing.
  • Proven track record of recruiting, activating, and scaling partners or affiliates.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities (English - C1+).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote, startup environment.
  •   Self-driven, goal-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset.
