As a Junior Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll help us grow by identifying and reaching out to potential clients. You’ll work closely with our Head of Sales Development, Anna Demerchian, and a team of experienced lead gen specialists.

Required Skills:

• 6+ months of experience in lead generation or relevant online courses
• Familiarity with LinkedIn for prospecting and outreach
• Strong written English (B2+)
• Clear communicator with a professional and friendly tone
• Fast learner who is organized and result-driven
• A proactive, team-oriented mindset

Would be a plus:

• Hands-on experience with lead generation automation tools

Tasks:

• Finding potential leads on LinkedIn, job boards, and company websites
• Analyzing job posts to detect companies that need design help
• Reaching out via LinkedIn and email to introduce Eleken
• Following up and qualifying leads
• Scheduling intro calls for our Business Development Managers
