Lead of Lead Generation Offline
We’re looking for a Lead of Lead Generation to join our team and drive the development of innovative lead generation strategies that fuel business growth.
As a Lead of Lead Generation, you’ll take the lead in crafting and executing cutting-edge outbound campaigns, ensuring a steady stream of high-quality leads, conducting in-depth market analysis, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams. You’ll also provide strategic direction and mentorship to your team, helping shape a high-performing outbound engine.
This is a remote position, ideal for someone with a strong background in outbound marketing and a passion for data-driven decision-making, team leadership, and market engagement.
Must-have for the position
- 4+ years of experience in outbound lead generation in B2B IT;
- 2+ years managing SDR or outbound teams;
- Proven ability to generate 50+ qualified leads per month;
- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing/outstaffing sales models;
- Hands-on experience targeting FinTech and/or Healthcare segments;
- Proficiency in lead enrichment and personalization using tools like Clay, Apollo, Instantly;
- Solid knowledge of CRM systems (e.g. Zoho) and how to manage lead pipelines;
- Experience designing outbound infrastructure;
- Experience with tool stack selection and integration (e.g., Clay, Instantly, HubSpot);
- Proven ability to design and manage outreach and follow-up sequencing
- Knowledge of domain warmup strategies, inbox management, sending limits, and email deliverability best practices;
- Familiarity with AI tools (GPT, Lavender, Regie.ai) for message creation and lead scoring;
- Experience with ICP design, segmentation, and ABM targeting;
- Comfortable working with data: A/B testing, attribution, tracking outreach KPIs
- At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
Responsibilities
- Research potential markets and target clients, aligning company services with industry trends and sector needs;
- Develop outbound strategies and campaigns, selecting channels, crafting resonant messaging, and defining objectives and KPIs;
- Oversee lead generation and prospecting, initiating contact and nurturing relationships for service interest;
- Monitor outbound campaign performance, analyze results, and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement;
- Contribute to the development of company strategy;
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and service delivery teams for a cohesive approach to client acquisition and retention;
- Oversee team leadership and development by setting goals, enhancing communication, fostering collaboration, resolving conflicts, and measuring performance, while mentoring, appropriately delegating tasks, and making strategic decisions to achieve company objectives and ensure team success.
Working conditions
- Work schedule: standard working day (from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m EST/EEST., Mon. to Fri.);
- Fully Remote: This role offers the flexibility to work from anywhere.
