UI/UX Designer

Description: 

We are looking for a UI/UX Designer to join our Telecom Software product team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing a new interface for our SaaS products. You will collaborate with both the technical team and our customers/partners to ensure the delivery of effective and practical user experiences. 

Requirements: 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer.  
• Fluency in spoken English, with experience working with international clients.  
• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma (required), as well as Sketch and Canva.  
• A deep understanding of user-centered design principles.  
• Experience in cross-browser and cross-platform design development.  
• Familiarity with prototyping tools and techniques.  
• The ability to understand new products and demonstrate self-learning capabilities is a significant advantage. 

Responsibilities: 

• Design user interfaces for multilayer SaaS products with a focus on usability, functionality, and clarity. 
• Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to communicate design solutions. 
• Conduct and participate in usability testing sessions to validate ideas and gather user insights. 
• Continuously refine and enhance existing products based on user feedback and usage data. 
• Collaborate closely with the team to ensure accurate implementation. 
• Stay up to date with current design trends, tools, and UX practices. 

Working conditions: 

• Hybrid Workplace Model: 3 Days Onsite, 2 Days Remote Work Each Week 
• Flexible working hours: You can choose when to start and end your workday between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM. 
• 24 working days of vacation
