Backend Developer (.NET / Azure ) Offline

We’re looking for Backend Developer (.NET / Azure ) with 4+ year of commercial experience to join our team.

Project Context:
Designed for real-time event management, online order processing, and multi-gateway payment integrations, the system is powered by a robust Azure-based infrastructure that combines legacy Microsoft technologies with modern frameworks. It spans three interconnected domain-based portals and supports thousands of concurrent users, playing a vital role in business-critical operations.

Requirements

• 4+ years of commercial experience in .NET / ASP.NET development
• Solid experience with Azure (App Services, Databases, DevOps, Config)
• Background working with high-availability, mission-critical systems
• Strong SQL expertise and performance optimization experience
• Deep understanding of system architecture (monolith, modular, microservices)
• Experience with CI/CD, deployment pipelines, rollback strategies, testing
• Leadership skills and experience mentoring or managing other developers

• Upper-intermediate or higher level of English (B2+)

   

Your Responsibilities:

• Lead backend architecture, participate in system analysis and solution design.
• Ensure smooth, stable releases with minimal risk and downtime.
• Refactor and optimize legacy code, help migrate components to a modern stack.
• Oversee a small distributed team
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX, frontend, DBA, PM, and system analysts.
• Deliver technically sound solutions with a strong focus on stability, security, and scalability.
