Marketing & Growth Assistant

Our design team at Dedicatted is looking for a modern, proactive, and detail-oriented person for the role of Marketing & Business Development Assistant to support the implementation of marketing initiatives. This role is perfect for someone interested in digital marketing, content creation, and business development in the IT sphere, with a strong curiosity for innovation and trends. We are looking for someone who can help us identify the most effective channels, tools, and target audiences to promote our design services.

Requirements: 
• Experience in the design or IT field, or a strong desire to learn and grow in these areas
• English level: A2–B1
• Familiarity with Notion, ChatGPT, and Figma
• Confident computer skills and experience with Google Workspace tools: Docs, Sheets, Forms, Chat, Calendar, Mail, Drive, etc.
• Ability to work with analytical data and interpret it to improve results
• Willingness to learn new tools quickly and adapt to change
• Creative problem-solving, flexibility, and ability to work in a team
• Responsibility and attention to detail

Responsibilities: 
• Assist in the creation and implementation of online marketing campaigns
• Work with content for social media, websites, and other digital platforms
• Prepare materials for email campaigns and marketing presentations
• Research and analyze competitor activity across platforms
• Monitor ad campaign performance, analyze results, and suggest improvements
• Support lead generation efforts and search for new client acquisition opportunities

Would be a plus: 
• Knowledge of Figma
• Experience with CRM systems
• Understanding of email marketing, cold outreach, and content posting
• Copywriting skills and creative content creation experience
• Interest in marketing and IT, with a desire to grow professionally in these areas
