Backend Team Lead (Symfony, PHP) Offline

🚀 Senior PHP Developer (Symfony) | Fintech | Remote (CET)

WhiteTech is a modern fintech company building advanced SaaS and white-label solutions for EMI, PSP, e-commerce, and open banking. We are currently looking for an experienced PHP Developer to join our team and help us deliver innovative products in the financial technology space.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and optimize backend services and APIs
• Integrate payment systems (acquirers, gateways, AML, KYC)
• Work with Symfony, Doctrine ORM, PostgreSQL
• Apply DDD, SOLID, CQRS, Hexagonal Architecture
• Write unit and integration tests (PHPUnit)

🔹 Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience with PHP and Symfony
• Strong knowledge of OOP, SOLID principles, and GoF design patterns
• Experience with PostgreSQL, Docker, and Kubernetes
• Understanding or willingness to learn DDD, CQRS, Event Sourcing
• Hands-on experience with high-load systems and microservice architecture
• Russian language (must have) — main communication language in the team
