About the product
Project: fintech, payment system.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in analyzing payment processing data to identify trends, issues and opportunities for optimization.
- Monitor daily acquiring operations across multiple online platforms and payment gateways, ensuring timely and accurate oversight.
- Reconcile transactions from dashboards with incoming reports from acquiring partners, adhering to contract terms (including refunds, chargebacks, and fees).
- Track actual fund deposits to bank accounts according to the payment schedule.
- Generate reports on planned vs. actual payment performance and financial metrics.
- Support in maintaining relationships with acquiring banks and PSP partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve payment-related issues and enhance the customer checkout experience.
- Communicate with the internal finance team regarding reporting, accounting, treasury, and reconciliation processes.
- Assist in troubleshooting and escalating payment-related issues when necessary.
- Maintain regular and clear communication within the team and management.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in financial analysis, acquiring or payment processing.
- Understanding of PSP operations, acquiring models and payment flow structures.
- Strong attention to details and analytical skills.
- Familiarity with payment data analysis and transaction monitoring.
- High accuracy in managing large data sets and complex reconciliations
- Proficient user of Excel, Google sheets
- Familiarity with BI tools is a plus.
- Team player, ability to collaborate effectively.
- Strong communication skills in English (written).
