Our Client, a start up slot`s company world wide opens the new positon of: 

Game Math Team Lead (remote)  is responsible for: 

designing, analyzing, and optimizing game mechanics, ensuring balanced and engaging gameplay. 

Leading a team of mathematicians to develop game logic, payout structures, and RTP calculations while collaborating with developers and game designers to bring concepts to life. 

Key Responsibilities: 

Lead and mentor a team of mathematicians, guiding the team members in all of the required professional directions.

Participate in hiring activities for the math team. 

Develop and maintain corporate documentation templates, including PAR sheets. 

Work closely with Game Producers to polish game balance and ensure best player experience possible with given feature requirements.

Follow market changes and trends, so you are able contribute to the design of the games. 

Cooperate with game client and server developers, and QAs. 

People management of the math team. 

As the team's leader, you have to decide which game suits your team members best based on their seniority level and personal preferences.

 Requirements: 

A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in developing slot game mathematics and/or slot game design, including experience with game balancing and regulatory requirements. 

Strong knowledge of probability theory, combinatorics, and statistical analysis. 

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or Java for simulation and validation. 

 Intermediate level of English proficiency or greater. Analytical and problem-solving mindset. 

A portfolio of well-balanced games. 

Being a slot player is an advantage.
