HR Generalist Offline

Marketing Pot is a marketing agency working with B2B service companies. Our in-house and remote team continues to grow, so this is where you can help find the real gems: generalists, copywriters, designers, and other creative experts.

If you’re passionate about enhancing existing systems and streamlining our HR operations, we are happy to support your initiatives.
 

What you will be doing (Your responsibilities):

• Manage and drive the full-cycle recruitment process (sourcing, screening, interviewing, feedback, and offers for all levels of candidates).
• Maintain HR processes: Onboarding, Performance review, Offboarding, Learning & development, Feedback ecosystem.
• Manage hiring metrics and report on progress.
• Develop the company’s internal ecosystem — corporate culture, internal events, 360 reviews and other.
• Process HR documentation.
• Maintain a CRM system and work with Excel.

About you:

• Experience in a similar position for at least 3 years (recruiting + HR);
• Working with the full recruitment cycle;
• Knowledge of modern recruitment search tools;
• Experience working with HR processes and their implementation in operations.
• English В2+ (verbal and written);
• Skills in effective communication, negotiation, and persuasion;
• Analytical thinking and the desire to work with various tables and reports
