Support Manager( IT Fin) Offline

We are looking for a candidate for our partner product company - IT Fin. 

This product is an automated solution for efficient management of projects, finances, resources, HR, and sales

 

 

Requirements: 

  • Expertise in an appropriate position (1+ year): It should be a product company. In this case, you would understand our processes easier
  • at least general understanding of what ERP is;
  • finance/accounting background would be an advantage: As our product is a finance system, it would be better if our candidate would have some relevant experience
  • organizational and communication skills: Having the ability to create a friendly atmosphere / positive vibes with a customer.Small talk is gold :)
  • independence working skill: we expect you to build/manage your processes on your own, as we have no micromanagement.
  • Stress resilience: Capable of performing well under pressure.
  • Multitasking: You have to be able to manage several accounts at one time
  • No toxicity: This is how our team stands working together in long-term cooperation.
  • Sense of humor: We can't imagine doing our work without humor, as it helps us to deal with difficult tasks and improve communication.
  • Role Responsibilities: 
  • manage several existing clients + new once;
  • participate in team meetings over product development;
  • gather feedbacks from clients, CSR estimation
  • English level: Upper-intermediate
  • Allocation: Full Time
  • Hiring Stages: Recruiter > Hiring manager.
