Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement market research strategies to identify new solutions in the Military Tech and Defence Tech sectors.
- Analyze competitor activities and potential threats to assess market opportunities and risks.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to integrate research insights into product development processes.
- Lead a team of market research specialists, ensuring their professional growth and efficiency.
- Prepare analytical reports and presentations for company leadership.
- Initiate and oversee the procurement process for competitive solutions to facilitate further analysis.
Establish and maintain a knowledge database of market and competitor insights.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, project management, marketing, or a related field.
- Experience in a leadership role in market research, business analytics, or product management — preferably in the Military Tech or Defence Tech sectors.
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to work in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment.
- Knowledge of current technologies and trends in Military Tech and Defence Tech is a plus.
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
