Market Research Manager (Team Lead)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement market research strategies to identify new solutions in the Military Tech and Defence Tech sectors.
  • Analyze competitor activities and potential threats to assess market opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners to integrate research insights into product development processes.
  • Lead a team of market research specialists, ensuring their professional growth and efficiency.
  • Prepare analytical reports and presentations for company leadership.
  • Initiate and oversee the procurement process for competitive solutions to facilitate further analysis.
  • Establish and maintain a knowledge database of market and competitor insights.

     

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business analytics, project management, marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in a leadership role in market research, business analytics, or product management — preferably in the Military Tech or Defence Tech sectors.
  • Strong analytical and research skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in an uncertain and rapidly changing environment.
  • Knowledge of current technologies and trends in Military Tech and Defence Tech is a plus.
  • English proficiency at B1 level or higher.
