Graphic Designer (Crypto)

This is a fully remote full-time position for a Graphic Designer to work with a Motion Designer by creating static graphics to be animated later. 

 

This includes creating icons and other graphic elements.

Responsibilities

Design compelling visuals: Create eye-catching graphics for social media posts, marketing materials, and various digital assets that effectively communicate messages and resonate with diverse audiences.

Utilize design software: Use industry-standard graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign to produce high-quality visuals.

Collaborate creatively: Work closely with our creative team to brainstorm and develop fresh ideas for a variety of clients.

Manage assets in Figma: Upload and manage design assets in Figma for client access and collaboration, allowing clients to make their own changes and reuse assets as needed.

Maintain brand consistency: Ensure all designs align with our agency's standards and accurately reflect each client's brand guidelines.

Work with multiple clients: Manage projects for multiple clients simultaneously, adapting to different brand identities and styles.

Contribute ideas: Bring your own creative concepts to enhance our visual content and participate actively in the creative process.

Meet tight deadlines: Manage your time effectively to deliver high-quality designs on schedule.

Weekend availability (plus): Being occasionally available during weekends for special projects is a bonus (with additional compensation).
 

Qualifications

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in graphic design, preferably within an agency environment.

Focus: Skilled in creating visual content to communicate messages, including designing logos, brochures, websites, advertisements, and other marketing materials.

 

Skills:

  - Design principles: Strong proficiency in color theory, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy.

  - Software expertise: Mastery of graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.

  - Figma for asset management: Experience using Figma for uploading and managing design assets for client collaboration.

  - Creativity: Ability to create aesthetically pleasing and effective static graphics.

  - Brand adaptability: Experience aligning visuals with different brand guidelines.

Portfolio: A compelling portfolio showcasing your work, especially in social media graphics for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and X.

Communication: Proficient in English; fluency is preferred.

Dependability: Proven track record of delivering work on time.

Adaptability: Comfortable juggling multiple projects and clients simultaneously.

Initiative: Ability to contribute original ideas and think creatively.
