At AllClinicalTrials.com (Curify), we’re building the simplest way for people to find and enroll in clinical trials. Using generative AI, we’re simplifying a notoriously complex process and helping more patients access groundbreaking treatments faster. We’re a fast-moving startup, which means lots of freedom, responsibility, and a chance to shape something important.


 

Role Overview:

We’re looking for our first marketing hire—someone smart and ambitious, who understands digital growth and thrives on startup chaos. You’ll be hands-on with SEO, paid ads, growth hacking, and experimenting with new channels. You’ll work closely with our product and tech teams, using cutting-edge generative AI tools to boost our reach and impact.


 

There’s no Head of Marketing or CMO yet—you’ll be marketing hire #1. Either you’ll grow into our CMO role within 18 months or help us find and onboard the perfect candidate. It’s up to you.


 

What You’ll Do:

• Run experiments, optimize SEO and paid advertising, and aggressively grow our user base.

• Identify and test new channels to accelerate patient acquisition.

• Analyze data relentlessly to understand what’s working (and what’s not).

• Collaborate directly with founders and product teams to integrate AI-driven insights into our marketing.

• Innovate continuously and challenge the status quo.


 

Who You Are:

• You’ve successfully grown B2C healthcare products in the US market—ideally, with strong SEO skills.

• You’re comfortable being the first marketing hire—able to set strategy and get your hands dirty.

• You love data, make decisions based on numbers, and adapt quickly.

• You’re curious about generative AI and excited to leverage it in your campaigns.

• You thrive in startup environments—ambiguity excites you, rather than scares you.
