What You’ll Do

• Conduct user research through interviews, usability testing, surveys, and analytics
• Translate insights into wireframes, prototypes, and user flows
• Iterate based on feedback, data, and collaboration with product and engineering
• Create journey maps and interaction models based on real user behavior
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring ideas to life
• Advocate for user-centered design across the product lifecycle
• Contribute to and evolve the design system and visual standards
• Design clean, modern, and accessible user interfaces for web platforms

What We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years of experience in UX/UI design
• Portfolio that highlights your UX approach, design process, and visually refined UI designs
• Understanding of usability principles, accessibility, and responsive design
• Proficiency with tools like Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or InVision
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Solid English language skills

Nice to have

• Experience with Agile or iterative development processes is a plus.
• Experience designing for mobile, web, and/or cross-platform applications.
• Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JS
