We're looking for a Recruiter who is eager to take ownership of the hiring process and deliver results. You'll play a crucial role in building strong teams by sourcing, engaging, and hiring top talent for both technical and non-technical positions.

 

What You’ll Do:

 

- Gather job requirements and create ideal candidate profiles

- Write and publish job descriptions on relevant job platforms

- Source candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, Facebook and Telegram groups, niche forums, Twitter, and other channels

- Screen resumes and assess candidate fit

- Conduct HR interviews, present the company and role clearly and convincingly

- Validate candidates' experience and competencies against the job requirements

- Prepare summaries and guide candidates through further stages of the hiring process

- Participate in technical interviews and collect feedback

- Communicate promptly with candidates and keep them engaged

- Prepare and send offers, collect onboarding documents

- Manage and update the candidate database in the CRM system

- Analyze recruitment funnel metrics and suggest optimization strategies

 

What We Expect:

 

- Minimum 1 year of full-cycle recruitment experience

- Strong sourcing skills across various platforms

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Proficiency in working with CRM systems

- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines

- Analytical mindset and results-driven attitude

- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
