Affiliates/Partnerships Manager

What you’ll be doing:

  • Own and scale SE Ranking’s affiliate program: drive new MRR by optimizing partner acquisition and performance
  • Design, launch, and lead the transformation of the referral and educational partnership programs into structured, high-performing channels
  • Identify, onboard, and activate new partners from relevant industries, regions, and communities
  • Monitor channel performance and produce insights and recommendations using attribution tools and analytics platforms
  • Manage affiliate and partner payouts, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams — including Marketing, Product, and Analytics — to align partnership initiatives with company goals
  • Explore and test new partnership types, including agency, content, and integration partnerships
  • Ensure compliance and quality standards across all partner-facing communications and initiatives
  • Stay up to date with trends in affiliate, referral, and partnership marketing to keep SE Ranking’s programs competitive and effective
  • Build internal documentation, dashboards, and reporting processes for all program types
     

Must-have requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience managing affiliate, referral, or partnership programs
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Experience with traffic attribution tools, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, PowerBI, Buzzstream, or similar platforms
  • Experience negotiating and managing external relationships
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative to improve existing systems
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and leadership teams
     

Nice-to-have requirements:

  • Background in SEO
  • Hands-on experience with landing page optimization or partner funnel improvements
  • Experience working with educational institutions, non-profits, or community-driven organizations
