Deputy Head of Internal Infrastructure

PIN-UP Global is an international holding specializing in the development and implementation of advanced technologies, B2B solutions and innovative products for the iGaming industry. We provide certification and licensing of our products, providing customers and partners of the holding with high-quality and reliable solutions.

We are looking for a skilled Deputy Head of Internal Infrastructure for our team.

Requirements:

• Fluency in Ukrainian and English is a must, basic knowledge of Polish (for communication with external suppliers) will be a big privilege;
• Ability to build processes, adapt them to business needs;
• Experience in team management (system administrators, network engineers and IT support teams);
• Experience in working with MDM systems (Jamf, ManageEngine etc.), creating group policies;
• Experience in designing and implementing networks based on MikroTik, Ubiquity, Fortinet (routers, switches, access points, etc.);
• Experience in managing corporate VPNs, third-party VPN services;
• Experience in working with Google Workspace mail services, understanding of the LDAP/SAML protocol and SSO;
• Experience in managing Slack, Jira/Confluence spaces;
• Experience in implementing security systems: CCTV, Access Control Systems, alarms systems;
• High level of responsibility, strong collaboration and teamwork skills, as well as an interest in professional development.

Responsibilities:

• Management of IT teams: Network Administrators, System Administrators, IT Support, Services Managers;
• Structuring and staffing of teams with specialists, their training, development according to business needs and reservations, development of policies and instructions for team members, strategy planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Design and implementation of the office IT infrastructure:
-wired LANs 100+ clients;
- seamless wireless WiFi networks with segmentation;
- reservation of communication channels;;
- equip meeting rooms with meet-up systems (TVs, projectors, speakers, microphones, etc.), print points;
- providing objects with security systems (video surveillance, alarm systems, access control systems);
- providing the office and employees with the necessary equipment, systems and services;
- hardware standardization;
- inventory management
- maintenance of technical documentation;
- development and implementation of global IT policies of the company;
- licensing of services and software;
- monitor and implement new technologies.
• Implementation and development of SSO/MDM.
• Close cooperation and communication with other teams, and external providers.

- DMZ, MikroTik, Ubiquity, Fortinet, SSL VPN, IPSec, OpenVPN, WireGuard;
- Google WorkSpace, SSO, LDAP/SAML, 2FA, Slack, Jira/Confluence, IDP;
- MDM, ABM, AutoPilot, Security policies, data encryption;
- CCTV Hikvision, Access Control Systems, Ajax.
