We are seeking a skilled professional for the Affiliate Manager (Asia) position. The ideal candidate will have experience in the industry, be organized and motivated, and we guarantee a pleasant atmosphere with opportunities for growth. What you need to do:
- Search, attraction and management of affiliates (partners) in geo: India, Philippines and Vietnam, as well as Uzbekistan, Pakistan. Kazakhstan
- Development and implementation of a strategy for attracting new affiliates through various communication channels.
- Negotiating with potential affiliates to conclude partnership agreements.
- Ensuring effective interaction with current affiliates, providing them with necessary information and materials.
- Supporting affiliates, answering their questions, solving problems that arise.
- Optimizing affiliate programs to maximize ROI.
- Interaction with design departments, payments, product managers.
- Scaling traffic sources with specific KPIs for ROI, reg2dep, FTD.
- Generating and testing new strategies.
- Control over traffic fraud, solving disputes with partners.
What hard skills do you need to have:
- Experience in affiliate marketing in iGaming from 2 years.
- Experience in working with Asian geos (India, Philippines and Vietnam, as well as Uzbekistan, Pakistan. Kazakhstan).
- Experience with various traffic sources (SEO, PPC, FB, ASO, tipsters, capers, Influencers)
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of affiliate marketing principles and tools.
- Knowledge of English at least upper intermediate.
- Understanding of CPA, PPC, hybrid, revshare principles.
- Experience working with affiliate platforms.
- Understanding of user journey principles.
- Availability of successful cases from 40k$ deposit pool per month.
