DevOps Engineer Hyper-V and VMware to $6000
Requirements:
- Proven experience with Hyper-V and VMware.(ESXI, Vcenter)
- Linux(CentOS, RHEL) servers provisioning and support
- Proven experience in VEEAM, DPM
- Deep knowledge of local networking
- Experience in large-scale infrastructure migrations.
- Experience with logging/debugging Windows applications
- Ability to work weekends and evenings as part of a 24/7 coverage model.
- Windows or Linux drivers customization
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
Nice-to-Have:
- Experience with CRM/CLM systems.
- Familiarity with TerraForm, ADO, and Packer is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in PowerShell or Bash(Python) scripting.
- Experience with DNS services

Key Responsibilities:
- Execute and manage the migration of VMware infrastructure to Hyper-V.
- Develop, test, and troubleshoot PowerShell scripts to support migration efforts.
- Monitor and resolve issues during the migration process, including rollbacks or code fixes as needed.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure 24/7 coverage and project continuity.
- Utilize tools like TerraForm, ADO, and Packer to streamline processes (preferred but not mandatory).
- Escalate and address critical failures promptly to minimize impact.
