Middle PHP Developer Offline

Now we are looking for a Middle PHP Developer to join our Engineering team

What you’ll do:

• Develop and maintain backend services in a high-load microservices environment
• Integrate third-party services, including payment gateways and marketing analytics platforms
• Ensure security, scalability, and performance optimization of backend systems
• Collaborate closely with the Mobile, Frontend, DevOps, and QA teams to ensure seamless delivery
• Write unit tests using PHPUnit to ensure high code quality and coverage
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize backend applications
• Participate in architectural discussions and contribute to the evolution of the system

Your professional qualities:

• 3+ years of experience in backend development with PHP (using frameworks like Symfony, Laravel, Yii)
• Experience with Symfony is a must
• Strong experience with Docker/Kubernetes
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture in production environments
• Experience with integrating marketing analytics systems
• Proficient in building and consuming REST APIs
• Solid knowledge of SQL and experience with MySQL or other relational databases
• Experience with message queues such as RabbitMQ or SQS for asynchronous processing
• Good understanding of testing principles and experience with PHPUnit
• English level: Intermediate

Will be a plus:

• Experience integrating payment systems (e.g., Stripe, PayPal) 
• Knowledge of Golang
• Familiarity with NoSQL databases like MongoDB or Redis
• Understanding of Domain-Driven Architecture and CQRS patterns
• Knowledge of caching tools like Redis or Memcached for performance optimization
