We are looking for a Compensation Analyst to join our team!

Requirements:

- 2+ years of experience in C&B focused on job evaluation, salary ranges development
- Deep knowledge of any grading methodology (Mercer, EY, Hay)
- Experience of participation in salary surveys
- Strong skills in Excel/Google Spreadsheets: formulas, pivots

Responsibilities:

- The specialist will help maintain salary matrices, monitor job grading, and support bonus program administration to ensure internal equity and market competitiveness. This includes assisting with salary ranges, job grading, benefits packages, and process automation. By conducting market research and competitor analysis, the specialist contributes to aligning compensation and benefits programs with both company objectives and employee needs.
- Do job evaluation, clarify duties and position in company structure
- Do research of salaries on market by open resources
- Administer and update existing grading files
